Three SEO Strategies you need for higher ranks.
Do you know what it takes to rank in Google, Yahoo, MSN and other top search engines?
- To out rank your competition.
- To hit the top of page 1 in Google.
- To put your website in the path of free search traffic.
- You need three things…
- Website content, onpage SEO and links!
Strategy #1. Onpage optimization.
Strategy #2. Website Content.
Strategy #3 and the most important SEO strategy of all. Inbound links.
The average website owner is either doing no inbound linking at all, or linking to any website that will link back to them. Both approaches can be very ineffective and a complete waste of time for ranking a website.
Does the above sound familiar? It is actually less work and easier to do linking the right way. Unfortunately, “the right way” is not known by too many outside of the SEO profession.
Besides getting a website, your linking is the absolute most important thing you can do to be found online.
Anyone can get a website. Only the truly committed will do what is necessary to make that website turn up in search results. Guess what?
Your competition is the truly committed!
Websites don’t get to the first page of any search result by accident. It takes commitment, it takes work, it takes targeted inbound links from quality, trusted, authority websites.
Reciprocal linking is no longer effective in supplying the quality of links that Google wants to see to rank your website high in the search results. Some reciprocal links are OK if they are within the same theme or niche as your site but you should have a very limited number of these types of links on your website. Not hundreds, actually, I recommend less than a hundred in total for most local sites.
What matters more than sheer link number, is the quality of the inbound link. This is something the professionals in SEO know but the junk SEO blogs and forum moderators and trolls have no real knowledge of. Sure they know these links are what is needed but they have no idea where to get these links other than general recommendations with no specifics.
They offer no specifics because they have no specifics.
I have specifics.
